XI’AN SWIP CO.,LTD.was founded in June, 2000, located in Xi’an Hi-tech Zone, China. It is an IC design company, which is one of the most powerful joint venture companies in china. Besides, SWIP is the leading enterprise of Xi'an National Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Center-the National Torch Program, and is supported by the government.

SWIP has the technology accumulation and experience in developing 16MCU, 16DSP, PCI, and PLC, and has the capability of designing the digital circuits, such as CMOS, BDMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar and Mixed-Signal Circuit.
